Application Process
The application/enrollment process for the 2025-26 school year will open on September 22, 2024.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
- NEW STUDENT INQUIRY FORM: The application process begins with the completion of the New Student Inquiry Form. Soon after this is completed, you will receive an email with login credentials to your own MySVA account.
- APPLICATION: When you receive your login credentials, log in to your MySVA account, and complete the application and submit the non-refundable application fee.
- RECORDS REQUEST FORM: Complete the records request form and email it directly to amy.greene@svaga.net
- HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT TEST: If your daughter is applying to 9th grade, she will need to take the Scholastic High School Placement Test. Register here:
- UPLOAD DOCUMENTS: You will receive a checklist on your MySVA account. Please upload copies of required documents (daughter’s birth certificate, social security card and Immunization form), and complete the Emergency Contact Form.
- THE APPLICATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE when all required school records, personal documents, and high school placement test scores (if applying to 9th grade) have been received.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION and DECISION DATES for those applying for the 2025-2026 school year
- Applications for the 2025-2026 school year open September 22, 2024.
- EARLY Acceptance Application Deadline: November 17, 2024.
To be considered for early acceptance, your daughter must take the placement test (if applying for 9th grade) on November 9, 2024 and have all required documents in by Nov. 17, 2024.
- EARLY Acceptance Decision Date: December 12, 2024.
Parents will be notified by email.
- SPRING Acceptance Application Deadline: February 9, 2025.
To be considered for Spring acceptance, your daughter must take the placement test on November 9, 2024 or February 1, 2025 and have all required documents in by Feb. 9, 2025.
- SPRING Acceptance Decision Date: March 13, 2025.
Parents will be notified by email.
- Application deadline, for any spots that may still be available for the 2025-2026 school year in grades 9, 10 or 11, is June 1, 2025.

Application Fee
There is a non-refundable application fee to be paid when submitting the formal application.
This non-refundable fee is $150 for New/Transfer Applications, if submitted and paid before midnight December 31, 2024.
Beginning January 1, 2025, this fee will increase.
Catholic Tuition Rate
In order to receive the Catholic Student tuition rate, a Parish Participation Card must completed by your current Catholic church. This completed form must be submitted as part of the application process.
